We helped Lobster Ink manage their translation processes, develop more effective solutions and significantly improve productivity and reporting. Working with a consultancy partner, we reduced their annual translation spend by over one million euros. Our efforts also enabled a team of nine to move away from spending most of their time on repetitive copy and paste tasks.
We achieved this by identifying and removing bottlenecks in their translation process. By implementing custom software and establishing a continuous workflow, we eliminated inefficiencies. We evaluated progress and cost savings at each sprint, using native speakers who were deeply involved in the project. The result was a reduction in translation costs of over 50% and a streamlining of the copy-paste team from nine to just two members.
